- Is the Wireless Radio turned on?
- Can you access the internet from your devices browser?
- Can you access www.mobileCAP.net from your devices browser?
- Can you access the demo event, event ID 999999998?
- Verify that you have the correct event id? Contact your event coordinator for more information on the event id.
- On BlackBerry from Login screen, go to menu select advanced options and change Network Service Type? Try TCP if that doesn’t work try BIS.
